Our Story

Mridul spent 18 years in commercial lending, corporate finance and capital markets, at RBC and Yes Bank across Canada and India. He built his career on the origination and structuring side, advising businesses on debt capital, acquisition finance and complex balance sheets. He started Arth to bring the lender's view of a deal to the client's side of the table.

Deepak brings over 15 years of commercial lending and financial advisory experience at CIBC, Royal Bank of Scotland and GE Capital across Canada and India. Having worked on the lender side, he understands what it takes to build a strong credit application and saw firsthand the gap faced by businesses whose needs don’t fit standard bank products.
